  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Broyaar Shop is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
  • For missing items, reach out to us immediately with your order ID for assistance.

7. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) availability may vary by location.
  • Broyaar Shop reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or locations.
