- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.

- If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
- For missing items, reach out to us immediately with your order ID for assistance.
