Refund policy

At Broyaar Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer returns and refunds under the conditions mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

You are eligible to request a return or refund if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with tags intact
  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery

Products showing signs of wear, wash, damage, or misuse will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Charges

  • If a customer wishes to return a product, a ₹100 return shipping charge will be applicable
  • This charge must be paid by the customer at the time of return
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for safely packaging and sending the product back

We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you
  • After approval, the remaining refund amount (after deducting ₹100 return shipping charge) will be processed
  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after successful inspection
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

4. Exchange Option

  • Customers may choose to exchange the product instead of a refund
  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • If the exchanged product has a higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective)
  • Innerwear or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos as proof
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable
